If reelected, I will continue to focus on:

• Improving academic outcomes and campus quality

• Responsible and transparent use of taxpayer dollars 

• Supporting competitive compensation for teachers and staff

• Parental rights and being a liaison between parents and staff

• Overseeing Bond 2023 projects closely, so funds are managed responsibly and the district delivers on every commitment made to voters

We need an educator on the board who knows firsthand what it is like to be in the classroom every day with children at all levels of learning. I understand the responsibility educators bear, the pressures they face, and the resources they need to effectively teach our community’s students, helping them — alongside their parents — grow to be our citizens of tomorrow. 

I believe we can be an “A” district. The momentum to succeed is already in place, and as long as we focus on the future together, our community can grow to be proud of all of our public schools — confident that each student in Midland has the educational opportunities and support they need to succeed.
